Shane obtained his Civil Engineering Technology Diploma at Okanagan College in Kelowna in December 2023.
Shane first joined JMS Engineering Ltd. during his 4-month work term as he was attending Okanagan College as a Part-time Junior Structural Draftsman. He gained experience in structural engineering drafting and software under the guidance of Riffat, and Joseph and contributed to drafting several structural projects.
After his work term he went to complete his Civil Engineering Technology program at Okanagan College and returned to JMS Engineering Ltd. to work as a Civil Engineering Technologist. Shane has worked on several projects in drafting, design and analysis, and site inspection.
